Delinquent Utility Account Processes to Begin with February Bills

The City will reinstate delinquent account processes, including penalty fees and cut offs for utility accounts in arrears, beginning with February's utility bills (January use).

Customers who are currently behind on utility payments and would like to make deferred payment arrangements should contact Customer Service at (281) 346-8830 to arrange.

Customers whose accounts are past due will receive a delinquency notice, in addition to their bill, prior to services being cut off.
