Fulshear COVID-19 Small Business Grant Program - Additional Detail & Applications Available Week of 5/26

May 22, 2020: The City of Fulshear adopted a small business grant program for qualifying Fulshear businesses on May 19, 2020. This program will make a total of $200,000 available to directly support our City of Fulshear businesses negatively impacted by COVID-19.

The program is being administered by the City and funded through the City’s two Economic Development Sales Tax Corporations. Staff is currently working diligently to develop the necessary tools and resources to implement the program. While this is occurring, we want to provide some basic information on the parameters of the program as adopted, so that Fulshear businesses may begin to prepare for the application period which will begin mid-week next week and run through June 5th.

Detailed information will be provided prior to the opening of the program to help clarify questions relative to the information provided here. There will be a relatively short period for applications, so we are providing preliminary information in the hopes that it will help our City of Fulshear businesses prepare for applications opening next week.
