NOTICE - June 22, 2020: The City will reinstate delinquent account processes, including penalty fees and cut offs for utility accounts in arrears, beginning with July's utility bills (May use.) 

Customers who are currently behind on utility payments and would like to make deferred payment arrangements should contact Customer Service at (281) 346-8830 to arrange.

Customers whose accounts are past due will receive a delinquency notice, in addition to their bill, prior to services being cut off.

The City of Fulshear Utilities Department is responsible for the billing and receipting of city utilities including water, sewer, solid waste & recycling.  Our office will assist residents in setting up new service, billing inquires, payments and disconnecting service. 

The Customer/Utility Service Office has a full service payment window for utility payments.  The City offers many options to pay your bill: cash, check, ACH, and credit card (excluding American Express). 

The City also offers an after-hours payment drop box located by the exterior left entrance of city hall.  (The City discourages residents to drop cash payments in the after-hours box).
