Emergency Management
Emergency Management is the public coordination of resources in response to a disaster or crisis with the aim of addressing threats to life-safety stemming from natural or human events. The City of Fulshear understands the value of emergency preparedness and coordinates closely with local, state, and federal agencies.
Important Phone Numbers:
- City of Fulshear Emergency Management: (281) 346-1796

- Weston Lakes Emergency Management: (281) 346-1967
Mass Notification System
In 2021, the City of Fulshear implemented a new Mass Notification System with Everbridge. This system uses a "reverse dialing" telephone method to notify members of the public with critical emergency information in situations where property or human life is in danger and inform subscribers of events affecting them.
In addition, the mass notification system provides enhanced notification capabilities to a subscriber's home, cell or business phone, as well as email, text messages, hearing impaired receiving devices, and more at no cost to the user. In other words, subscribers select where messages are sent and how they are received. The City will also use our website and its' Facebook page to keep the community up to date on any issues.
Notifications can be sent for air quality issues, crime alerts, power outages, road closures, mosquito control, water outages and weather-related issues such as ice and flooding.
