  • How do I know what jobs are available and how to I apply?

    All available positions will be listed on our career page. Our application process is automated and easy to use. If you need assistance completing your application, please contact a Human Resources representative at humanresources@fulstexas.gov.

  • How do I check the status of my application?

    Check your email for status notices. If you are no longer being considered for a position, a notice will be sent to the email address you used on your application. If you are selected for an interview or an offer of employment, you will be contacted by phone and email. You can also use the “Application Status” feature once your application has been submitted.

  • Can I just submit a resume?

    To be considered for employment, an applicant must complete all sections of the online application. Feel free to upload your resume and any other supporting documents at the time of application.

  • Who will see my application if I use the online hiring process?

    All information is on a secure web server. Only the Human Resources Department and the Hiring Department are authorized to review your application. The City of Fulshear does not share its database with any other organizations.

  • What is the timeframe of the hiring process?

    Once applications are received, they are screened for minimum qualifications by Human Resources and then sent to the Hiring Department for review. The hiring process usually takes a minimum of 30 days.
