Application Process

• Phase 1 - Submit an application and required documents
• Phase 2 - Physical agility test (500/2000 or timed 4:00 minute ROW)
• Phase 3 - Initial interview to discuss experience, formal documents, criminal history, credit history, and employment history.
• Phase 4 - Reading comprehension test
• Phase 5 - Knowledge Interview Board
• Phase 6 - Background investigation
• Phase 7 - Final Oral Interview Board
• Phase 7 - Polygraph exam
• Phase 8 - Psychological and Medical exam (break in law enforcement service for more than six months)
• Phase 9 - Final review and Chief of Police approval
